Wuling Power Corporation Ltd. (Wuling) was founded in 1995 and is based in Changsha, the capital of Hunan, China. It is a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) and a comprehensive energy enterprise that owns many hydro, thermal, wind, and solar power plants.

Wuling is one of the earliest river basin development companies in China. It is the largest hydropower generation company and a well-known energy service provider in Hunan.

By the end of 2016, Wuling had 41 power plants, 70 subsidiaries, 2,356 employees and total assets of over USD 6 billion. It had an installed capacity of 6,851.6 MW,clean energy accounting for more than 80%. It has an annual power output of 22 TWh and an annual revenue of more than USD 1 billion. Clean energy projects with construction approvals contributes another 1,694.2 MW.
